question about fade's PDR and WB

how is much PDR does fade give me when it is at X lvl?

it doesn't say on the skill tree

and does WB work when i am using Dtalon?

Fade gives 1% per level when active.

WB works as long as you are not walking/running (including standing still, Whirlwinding, and using Dragon Talon)
