Well, By doing a simple search on the word "zeal" in the assassin forum, I came up with 0 results, meaning whatever is said here, most likely will be the first time it is said/discussed. I recently remembered that I had on a mule a passion cryptic sword and since I no longer had my widowmaker on switch on my kicker, I thought I would use it to mess around. Little did I realize how very effective I could make this guy, especially since I was using it on a guy not really set up to swing a weapon. Based on my eyeballing the speed and comparing it to other pally's, Im estimating that Im zealing at 5 frames, but it could be 4, im just not sure. However, if there are zeal tables for sins anywhere that would solve alot of problems.
Here is where the fun comes in. If I am currently at 5 frames, I realized that I could easily tweak that gear (Or build this zeal sin) and gather Extra Ias from a different ammy (currently using maras), Ias gloves (trangs now), getting a shield with an Ias jewel in it, and possibly getting a higher bos instead of the base points that I cast at level 16. With all those extra places to get IAS, I could possibly hit a 4 frame zeal, which would be a mighty feat to attain. Also, since I really have no reason to have a higher physical dmg on the weapon since the majority of my dmg would be OW and Venom, I could always use a passion phase blade to further make it easier to get to 4 frames. (If it is at all possible)
The build I have in mind would be something like this...
Max Venom
Max DF
Max SM
Max Cloak
Enough Bos to get 4 frame
then pre-reqs
The venom is there for obvious reasons, DF for catching the casters and dealing dmg, SM for a sidekick (And I really need a place to toss points) and Cloak becuase at level 20 (not even considering + to skills) It will lower enemy's def by 72% and raise mine by 67%, and I need a place to toss points again.
Gear would be something like:
Shako (Ias jewel it needed, if not Um rune)
Maras if Ias from Highlords not needed
SS (Ias if needed)
Duress (OW)
Passion pb or cryptic
Trangs gloves
Raven/??
Vergundus/Tgods/whatever
Up'd Gores if possible to get them (Need myr for DF dmg)
Lots of AR/vita charms, NEED ar!
Basically, what happened with me just messing around with extra items on my PVP kicker, turned into a build that just might work. If it is possible to hit 4 frames, I will found out when I do further testing, but for now, with me dueling some of my brothers guys, without max cloak and SM and 5 frame, I was doing better than I ever thought possible, I was winning. If you know the tables, pls post them, or if you can help with input, that would help too.
