Ammy Question

I am playing a Werebear Druid and I have a question of what amulet I should use. I am a Mauler and summon HoW. My current equip is:
CoH Kraken Shell
eBoTD Thunder Maul
Jalal's Mane-Um
IK Gloves
IK Boots
String of Ears
RavenFrost
Dwarf Star (Until I find BK)

I have an opportunity to get an ammy from my brother that has:
+2 Druid Skills
+17 STR
+18 DEX
Dual Leech (%6 I think)
+20 all resistances

Should I get this ammy or try to get a different one? Also, I like the IK Gloves and Boots set up cause of the AR bonus' and + to STR and DEX. Should I try a different combo? I would like to craft a good pair of blood gloves but no luck thus far. Any thoughts on my questions will be appreciated. I also only play PvM and am non-ladder if that helps. Thanks.

your ebotd sucks way too much for a bear
too slow

ebotd giant thresher would be far superior

Thanks. I've noticed that the maul is hella slow. I didn't give up much for it though. Got it from another bear who said it was too slow!

I would also go with a giant thresher if you wanted to stay with a BotD but if not an ik maul is worthwhile investment.

I had an IK Maul before the eBoTD, and it didn't seem to work very well against the hell monsters. It was great on the immunes cause of the dmg I got from having the gloves and boots on as well. I've tried Hellslayer as well and I didn't like it as much as the IK Maul. Have you guys ever seen a Cruel Giant Thresher of Quickness? I was told that would be my end game weapon. Any thoughts?

The cruel giant thresher of quickness is an amazing weapon to have as long as it has 2 sockets. well worth it if you can find one.

Another great option for a werebear would be a 3 socket tombreaver. Its kind of pricy, but if you can afford ethereal Botd tmaul then this should be nothing you can't handle. The damage is sweet, and with 3 shaels and some outside IAS (50 I think) you hit at 5 FPA, not to mention the ~60 res all, mf and comic value of the returneds. Very sexy indeed.
