Hey guys,

I am currently making a bonemancer, i was wondering what curses would be best to use. i know lower resist does not affect magical damage (after my stupidty) but what curses work well with the bone skills? i was thinking dim vision? if they are in a bone prison and dim visioned they would be pretty much defenceless. if so how many points should i use? i have read th clan honer guide but it is pvp orientated. and i prefere pvm. I have also tried searching this forum. but have yet to find a suitable answer to my question. i was wondering if you guys could help?

About 10 points all in (ie including +skills) is ample for Dim Vision in Hell. Less will do in the earlier stages.

You might want to look at Decrepify as well. I know the increased damage mod wont effect your bone spells, but it does slow all monsters by 50%, as well as reducing the physical damage they inflict by 50%. Combine him with a gumby for extreme slowness. AFAIK, Decrep is the curse of choice for a lot of boners. Again, about 10 points (inc +skills) will be plenty for use in Hell, although I am sure there are many who manage with less than this.

Plenty more suggestions can be found here (http://soulesschild.hiveports.com/necguide/)

Hehehehe jamie, u said boner, uh-huh-huh

Dim vision has it's uses against Souls...
But attract does a better job at it. Attract one Soul and the rest will shoot him for all eternity since their lightning will NOT kill the lightning immune soul :)
Works pretty well combined with Decrep, first decrep the whole bunch, then attract one, then BONE EM. The hard part is staying alive until the attract is cast :flip:
Rok rok :yep:

i was thinking, would a holy freeze merc be worthwhile then? i mean with decrep and holy freeze they would be slowed to a crawl

I hear this is quite a popular choice for this build, so yeah, I'd go for it.
