after getting a job and not buying anything at all, i feel the need to splurge a little bit. so, what should i get?
and to ankanan4's quick response... can't buy beer, pr0n is free, i don't smoke.
Get a fake ID, not the really good stuff, and you can always use a new hobby.

Amazingly enough I voted against spending it on me. Go with skis all the way! These are the ones (http://www.bdel.com/gear/backcountry/nunyo.php) I got last year.
Even though I shouldn't, I think I'm gonna cough up the cash for a new one of these (http://www.apple.com/ipod/). Mine's full, and the new ones are oh so sexy.

YES.
Get the good transformers, though. The die-cast ones. I don't think they make them anymore because you could bludgeon yourself to death with them and crap. You could find them on the intarweb, though.
Better yet, go out and buy some of the new crappy ones, and then just hot glue a bunch of pogs all over it. And some G.I. Joes, man. ****IN' GO JOE!
Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Sealab 2021, Family Guy...
All have their seasons' on dvd. Not a bad investment i'd say.
Or pick up a weapon and learn how to use it. Always fun to do.

Works both as TV and monitor, and has Picture in Picture as well. If you have two computers, it's nice for your second computer.

definatly get a good pair of skiis, not the lame double tips for trick skiing, get the new ones that have the bindings screwed into the sides of the skiis for amazing back country control .. w00t

Ooooh, tough choice between throwing knives and skis. Throwing knives are much cheaper, a good set of 5 will run you like $125 or so, and skis are more expensive than that. Do you live in an area where you could ski a lot? If you do, get skis, if not, go with the throwing knives.

Take up a hobby like I me. Or, rather, several hobbies. I am taking up blacksmithing and shrimping. Blacksmithing takes care of any of your metal needs. Want something? Why buy it when you can make it yourself? Shrimping provides food and love (and is a great workout).
Or you can save it and do nothing with it. Also like me.

i've done both, prefer skiing.
I had a little bit of extra money, so I went shopping, bought myself some summer clothes. I enjoyed it.
