Can you tell me where it is?

Last week I found a ribcracker and was looking through the guides to see what druid to make with it.
I found a guide that talked about using a lot of 'x% chance to cast when striking" items to cause stun in PvP.
Now I can't find it, can anyone tell me which one it was? I thought it was TheDragoons guides, but couldn't see it this time I looked...am I just being blind?

WW Fury, upgrade it shael it and it makes a excellent Hell weapon (as well as being a awesome boss killer)

I can't see a guide for WW Fury in the Strat Comp or in the forum...

wasnt a guide, i just talked about the goodness of casting tornadoes etc with a stunning attack(i remember talking about smite, but i might have talked here)

It was just a procing build. It used like horizons/carrion and some other stuff.

I really liked the idea though.
I found hellmouth and Stormrider from Andy at the same time which made me think about making one.

was a smiter who used:

hellmouth(firestorm, meteor)
2 carrion wind rings(1 still works) for chance to cast twister(this is nice because it re stuns)
stormlash was the weapon because it casts tornado at 20%(huge amount)
there was a helmet but i forget what it was
