Ladder Necro to use trangs what build?

I just found trang's helm, and got a belt for cheap. Since the rest is easy to get, I was thinking of making a necromancer, but wasnt sure what build best utilizes trang's.

I never really saw many necromancers playing 1.10 since my friends do not make them. Any suggestions?

Poison, there are two poison bonusses in Trang's set.

there are 2 options that will really shine, and 1 that will work at any time.

option 1:
Poison Mancer. No FCR needed, great bonuses on the set including fire spells that will give you a strong backup for poison immunes. I would recommend a holy freeze merc for this build.

option 2:
