well i heard that - poison resist is caped at -100 for monster

I've heard that said for cold resistance with cold mastery in the sorc forum. Never heard it said about minus poison resistance, but I assume it applies here too. If it does and poison resists caps at -100%, I wonder if LR also is bound by that cap. (Like if your items gets a monster too -100%, does your LR bring it below that) I actually had another question similar to this. It has to do with LR's ability to break immunities. Once broken, do the normal -poison resists from items work?
Sorry, I'm posting more questions than answers. But I was recently playing a poison/summonmancer and ask asking the same question you are. :)

All resists (including physical) are lower capped at -100. There is nothing that can bring resists below that.
