Okay. I'm in this game right now. The counter went off for a while but then it stopped. Now what I'm wondering is should I wait there and see if he comes? And can he show up in normal mode?

i was mfing and the counter was like 3275 sojs sold to vendors...so i waited about 10 min and then it said 3276 blah blah...so i was hoping he would come and so i stayed in the game about 30 minutes (went online, talked to ppl on aim and checking back to d2 every few min) and nothing ever happened and there were no more soj messages so i gave up

thats my story...if u really want one, you should wait and eventually i guess he'll appear but ive only fought him 3 times since 1.10...once cowing, once when someone spamed a game and another time when my friend was mfing and needed help when he appeared, never got a single anni out of it

Once when i fought d clone(have fought him twice), i had to wait close to 2 hours(aim, played CS, did other things, heh) but he eventually came. And with a macked out hammerdin i still ended up dying once. But was worth it

When you see the counter going up, stay in game! Beware though since it can take quite long until DClone will spawn. 2 hours it can be and more or just 10 minutes if you are lucky ;)

Waiting is worth it though!

you guys who'v seen DClone, does it play a load noise when it says 'Diablo Walks the Earth'? Just wanna know cuz I figure I could turn my volume all the way up and play guitar in the next room or watch tv or something instead of waiting at my desk :uhhuh:

damn i should have waited then...i guess im just impatient lol...the soj counter comes up randomly..i think it has to do with games with the same ip something or other...although it would prolly take 30 minutes to kill dclone with my zealot....

I had about 12 sold in my game (over around an hour) then nothing for about 25 minutes... then i check back again and BAM 4 are sold and he walks. Don't give up too fast.

The counter is displayed as a message in game :)

I got one just a minute ago, a 17 (res)/10/8.

Its best to move around a bit or the game Idles (a friend told me this :))

The DClone counter is based on the 'server' (not uswest/east or whatever) the game is made on. Different games are made on different servers. Also games on the same server have the same soj counter
