Fire Golem really isn't to popular anymore. Low hit points, low damage and high mana cost.
1 point in golem mastery and 1 point in clay golem is your best bet. With +Skills your clay will live through pretty much anything. And you get the SLOW effect from him as well, really helps with bosses.
20 Skellies
20 Skell Mastery
Skellies ROCK in 1.10 and will do well for you.
20 Bone Spirit.
Even with the Marrowalk bug\feature, this will not do enough damage to help much.
If you do plan to use the Marrowalk bug\feature I suggest Bone Spear. It pierces and can hit several monsters per cast.

I suggest you look at the sticky of the guides on top. They will help you create an effective build that is able to handle pvp or pvm. '
For you build i think it would help alot if you tell us what you want to do with your necro. Do you want to pvp or pvm? If your going to to go the pvp route it puts alot more emphasis on bone spells and their synergies. If your going pvm i suggest you read the fishymancer guide.
I also suggest you use rs instead of rsm. The melee skels are much more powerful than the mages, but the mages are still usable.
1 in clay golem is enough with 1 in golem manestry. Dont forget that your minions life increase with your lvl. The clay golem is the one that most people use because it can survive. Clay golem strangly has a life bubble that seems to grow exponentially unstead of linerly.
Gl with your build.

Swap Golem Mastery for Raise Skeleton, and Bone Spirit for Corpse Explosion, and you're dancin'. That's what I'm building...

My suggestion would be to max BOTH, but start with the warriors. Don't add mages until both SM and RS are maxed.
The clay golem is the one that most people use because it can survive.
Actually, survival isn't a big issue --- one minion with no damage doesn't matter. It's the "slows monster by xx%" property that makes everyone love Gumby --- Mephisto, Diablo or Baal, under the influence of Gumby, Decrepify and Cold Magi is a miraculous sight :-)
In addition to everything that was said: ADD CORPSE EXPLOSION. Heck, MAX it. Personally for anyone "new" to necromancers I would advise to not try a hybrid first, so consider dumping the bonespirit/spear, max skellies, magi and CE. Put a point in Lower Resist to help your magi take down those "hard PIs" that amp damage doesn't break --- it's still slow, but the D2 world is filled with monsters that die quickly to corpse explosion, and only a few that are hard PI. You can also "plan" to lead the hard PI elsewhere and use CE on him, or just park him somewhere.
If you want bonespells to help with hard PIs, consider dumping magi for it and abuse the marrowwalks bug as suggested. Don't dump CE :-) That will keep you closer to your original intention of a hybrid necro. If I remember correctly, bonespear is superior even vs. single monsters as it gives more damage/mana --- and you'll only use them vs. hard PIs anyway; everything else will be mowed down by your skellies and blown to pieces by your CE.
Also, another thing that's hasn't been mentioned: you are using skellies. Because of that, you have no real choice but to use an A2 Nightmare Offensive merc, for his might aura.
. Dont forget that your minions life increase with your lvl.
Minion life does not increase with your level or did you mean their level (as in skill level) ? The life of skellies and golems is determined solely by skill points invested and plus skills. The base life level of minions is also increased in Nightmare and again in Hell but that is difficulty related and nothing to do with your or their level...
