What kind of stats does a circlet need to have in order to qualify as godly? :scratch:

Mind blast is fast cast based and it is CRITICAL, at least for PvP, which is the type of person who would pay a bleedin' fortune for such a circlet.

Umm where would you get 10% PDR from a rare?

I only thought % PDR came from uniques and set items.

Heh Griffin wouldn't be bad if the lighting prop worked on traps :scratch:

+25% Faster Cast Rate
-15-20% To Enemy Lightning Resistance (varies)
+10-15% To Lightning Skill Damage (varies)

But as Black has said... FCR is a must esp for a PvP Trapsin... too bad it BoS doesn't affect MB - but I guess that would make it TOO easy =P
