Runewords for Sorc? [SC-NL]

I have currently found myself a 3socket Jared Stone Orb, but upon checking places like Arreat Summit i found that they dont actually have anything which is for Orbs (Only Staves/"normal" weapons).

Im mainly a fire-sorc, at lvl 70, so would have preferred to have +skills to fire, i wish to have an Orb-type weapon due to the fact that i wanna equip a shield (Rhyme). I do have a Stave atm, which is Runeworded to Leaf, and i find it to be an excellent weapon but i think it would be better as a backup weapon.

I will be more than likely going over to Hell soon (yes, and dreading every second of it) and my resistances in NM aint that good (under 50) so maybe a runeword which could help with that

Unless there is a new ladder 2 rune word for orbs that we are as yet unaware of.... you are out of luck when it comes to one handed sorc only weapons.

Gah... guess im gonna have to start looking for the Tal Rasha Lidless Eye then.. Looks like thats better option to go for with +Skills

Heart of the Oak (HotO) is your best bet here. +30-40 res +3 all skills 40fcr... goldy weapon ko+vex+pul+thul works in flails/staves

It would seem like that to me, not being able to afford the HoTo. I don't know what realm ur on super_gray, but if you message me I might be able to throw you something. I think I have an extra hexfire laying around...ya i know it's a sword (and it sucks), but +3 to fireskills aint that bad. I might be able to find you something in my mules.

Have you considered Occy at all? res, mf, 25% to cast tele, +3 skills. They're relatively sheap nowadays because of all the runewords. :thumbsup:

EDIT: that random tele has saved my arse many a time on mf and baal runs due to me being either careless or tired.

You also need 4 sockets for that, and a stave not an orb. Occy/shako/viper/maras or tal's ammy/arachnid's or tal's set are decent options to start out on that anybody can get after some mfíng.

Death's Fanthom, unique Dimensional Shard (orb), +3 all sorc skills is an idea. not a runeword, but has the +skills
