Greetings fellow Nec's :howdy:
I have been playing this new ladder season with a pure summancer in Hardcore. All though my items are hardly what you would call godly, I can hold my own. I was running through A1 Hell trying to get the Scroll of Inifuss, when D Clone walked the Earth. Me and my friend, who were levels 76 and 72 respectively, untwinked (I guess everyone is since it is the new season and there hasn't been a chance to bot your way to BotD's, HotO's, and Enigmas) were completely overmatched by D Clone so my friend went into one of the USWest Channels and requested some assistance. Within minutes 2 sorcies came into the game, we spoke about how since Big D spawned in his and I's private game, that we thought we should get the Anni. Both of them agreed, so off we went. We beat him pretty handily with the massive fire damage both of their meteor attacks were doing, then, without warning one of the sorcs zooms through and grabs the item before it hits the ground (Darn pickit), calls us 'N00bs" and leaves with my Anni. Just leaves a foul taste in my mouth I'm tellin ya, but I guess I got what I deserved for trusting some of our B-Net bretheren. There is much scum on B-Net these days and I just wanted to take this chance to applaud those of you who play legit and earn your wealth legitly. :clap: My hat is off to you.
