Hi guys...ya'll know i like making Kicksins, so i did for the brand spankin new season. Since its so early in the season, Kills are comming easy because people use terrible items.
My Kicksin Is named "MK-Destroyer" and is level 27.
She's got around 800 life (I'm using terrible charms and I'm only in normal a5)
I currently have a dozen ears, All from Pks or duels. My favorite part of this kicker is her merc...who actually can deal about 300 pvp per hit...extremely fast. His name is "Hoku" and hes an a5 barb merc using Twitch, Ethereal honor Zweihander and a Pgemmed great helm so he can wear the sword.

I think rattlecage is 29. Purply prolly from str-amythysts ... which enhance kick damage. That's my bet.

The armor is 4 socket gothic plate with 1 perfect amythiest and 3 perfect rubies. I prefer the color purple over red.

first of all i dont use chicken, if there was a way to prove it to you i would, would you like me to go to act4 chaos sanctuary and get poisoned down to 1 life before i dueled? that would be fine, ill do that :)

I'm not condesending you, but i know for a fact you use maphack, yes it's easy enough to guess i use eth steeldriver, but you guessed the EXACT max dmg on it, how do you explain that?

i just re-read your post.. I didn't taunt you after you left the game i said how can you have won when you wont even duel me now? (You scanned my martel after i rejoined after me escaping, which is when you promptly refused to duel me knowing 800 life is one hit no matter what) How is asking you to duel again taunting?.. anyways good luck with your asn, i hope we meet up in another duel game.

You may say "i'm only 7 lvls higher" but most people know when it comes to low-ish dueling there are breaking points where the gear available is far superior. I also think dueling someone you know can one hit kill you is brave and honorable. I also think that if Sip believed you didn't use chicken he would have dueled you again.
Btw whats the dmg on that Zweihander? is the 300pvp calculated after deadly strike?
Ok Kazuya, Chicken or not, it doesnt matter to me. These are the facts that im pretty sure we can agree on.
1. I am level 27 and you are level 34.
2. We dueled twice, Both times I won because you left.
I never insulted you, I never insulted you gear and i never insulted chargers. I remember this perfectly clear because i made a conscious decision to be polite and respectful. I can't say the same for you, and you did whisper me after i was done dueling and tried to explain to you that i was done.
Now look at Facts #1 and #2 and give me one more reason why i should duel you again after making you leave twice. All you are waiting for is a lucky charge so you can one hit me. I have no more desire to make you flux anymore.
To refute you point of me "fishing in the dark" regarding you using chicken, Please take a gander at fact #2. I have had plenty of duels where an ethereal bonesnap charger sets his chicken to a certain number, I keep making him flux, and he keeps comming back hoping for a lucky hit with a lucky roll. Again, I'm not dueling you until you get that lucky roll, regardless if your a chicken user or not. You can still leave the game at low life and Its the same to me.
Thats all there is to it. I'm done arguing with you. Theres no point. I see it my way and you see it yours...I can only tell the facts and let the forum decide.
OK~onto different things. My Mercs damage is about 250-600 listed. That means when he scores a deadly strike, his pvp damage can be 300. He is the one who dealt the killing blow for a good portion of my ears.

the whole point of mh is not knowing whether you can get 1-hit or not, the fact is he shouldnt be 100% sure if he can or cannot get 1hit for sure because dueling should be surprised, you shouldn't know what your opponent is using..

and dueling someone who can 1hit ko you is also an easy kill.. its a seesaw dueling where its balanced between killing speed and safety, one hit ko builds are very fragile.
and the only reason he dueled me in the first place was because he must have seen my fake maul, once again when he saw what i was using he said no thx i win gg.. and he made me flux twice not three times, the first one being where he scroll kicked me (He was not on my screen, so how could he have dragon flight'd me?) and caught me off guard. The second one yes he hurt me fair and square but is it against the law to manually quit when your in trouble? i'd expect nohing less if i hit him and he still have a sliver of life left, i would applaud him for quitting in time and ask him for another round.. but that's just me.

You really make me laugh...Comparing our level difference to the level difference of crappy PvM characters? Ok, I dueled a level 83 sorc the other day. Guess what, she sure was not made for pvp.
There is a BIG difference between PvP and PvM characters. You built your paladin to kill other characters, and i built my kicksin to kill other characters. The 74 barbs and blah blah bowazons that you dueled don't mean jack to me...because they arent duelers. Now how many more "last words" are you going to have?

I've never dueled someone who was able to leave a game manually (without chicken) while they were getting kicked...it's too fast and they'd be busy mashing the juvs to save their sorry...
But hey, I've never had to duel a "good" pally charger who's lvl34...pally's require zero skill when they're two handed.

you say your dueling against 74 barbs 84 sors and 83 amazons? then they must be the worst player and build because any decent dueler at that kind of level will and can kill you so easily
if you think 7 level is not much over his 27. then i think you should duel someone with a max twink out level 39 ethereal headstriker charger with 50% pdr oh right its only 5 level difference...
its not hard to identify cookie cutter builds anyone decent will know your build or have some kind of idea of what it is

With shield, paladin needs much less skill i think.. you are much safer behind your protective shield.. twohanders dont have block and thats why staying alive and still killing masses of players requires skill..

How did u know i even switched mauls? they look the EXACT same?
Assuming i used eth steeldriver how did you know i had another fake maul on switch when they look the exact same? AND that is overlooking the fact you knew the EXACT dmg on BOTH of my ethereal mauls...
And YES these are my last words because your blunder on the forum should cost you your reputation as "maphack free". I don't know how your going to pull yourself out of this hole but i look forward to your reply on how you knew i had a switch maul for beginners, how you knew the exact max damage on it, and how you knew i switched mauls when they LOOK the EXACT same, there is no way you could have known, oh and HOW u knew the exact dmg on my dueling weapon.

Look, the way I see it, 75, and 500 are pretty damn round numbers, and it's pretty easy to guess them. Wanna post some screen shots of your weapons? Wanna scan Sip's god damn PC for the bloody hack? Otherwise, you have nothing to back this up.

I could care less about the map-hack issue, as there are so many lamers who use it.. meh, whats one more? I don't/won't use such crap myself but there really no point in discussing it, kicking a dead horse.
As for the screenies, funny stuff. I saw you in a few games myself today. Unfortunatly you hostiled my barb a few times in baal runs when he was only lvl 30ish. I knew better than to challenge a PvP built assy with my ill-equiped PvM barb.
Anyhoos, gl getting more ears I'll be sticking to PvM until I have a decent MF base.

i made a lvl 25 kicksin 829 life and hes in hell act1 ^_^ i didnt kill any1 yet every1 in every low level duel game left after 3 kicks or so with low hp i think more and more lld'ers started using chicken or i just never noticed with my high dmg chargers :rant:

2 handers kill masses of pvm players....i havnt been owned many times by 2 hand chargers...they get a lucky hit in once in a while but the rest of the time any good pvp owns them.
And how does charge require skill anyway? I love makin chargers so dont get me wrong..but how does clicking a char and 1 hit ko them take skill?

chicken is a hack (or program that runs on the background) that automatically exits the game when your characters life gets below a percentage of the maximum life.
There are also programs that read the memory where the inventory of other players are stored. The D2 server finds it neccesary to send that information to every client. It also sends the position of every player to every client, that is why programs like MapHack exist.
Well, I can't say it doesn't look like sip is maphacking because it does, but that is a different story. Regardless of whether he uses maphack or not, I think that you should be happy that you got a duel with him in the first place, he is pretty brave to take on a lvl 34 paladin because of quite a few items that are available to make your paladin quite nasty at that lvl. Sip is an experienced dueler in my opinion and he would not be fooled by a low dmg maul so don't use that against him.
I'll finish by saying that dueler does not need a maphack to view the items of their opponent because they should be prepared to face anything including death. People this is hc we have a red name for a reason and maphack is one of the worst things to ever happen to dueling. now if you are afraid of death so much that you need to view people's items before you duel, then hc is not for you. Also, from my experiences ALMOST every 2 handed paladin that duels in duel games uses chicken, they are just out for easy ears with big dmg and little risk to themselves (chicken) the ones that don't use chicken may get a few ears before they die very quickly to something that they can't hit or 1 hit kill. The build works great for a pker, but if you go up against a well built, experienced dueler your own lvl, you are one dead paladin without a shield.
Edit: got too caught up in the arguement that I forgot to comment on the pics, great first one and I was in the dueling game where you killed that necro in the second one :thumbsup: .
I managed to get 15 ears in 2 hours of hunting on sunday and monday with my 16 charger... so you're behind on schedule. get kickin! my record was a 27 or so sorc.
And people ask me why i dont duel anymore.......... Too many damn whinning punks using lame *** crap.

Well kazuya, I Have made ethereal upgraded steeldrivers and they do over 500 damage. 500 damage is an approximation, and thats fantastic thats how much your maul EXACTLY does. Sadly, it doesnt prove jack, since i can also say that ethereal honor lances do 400 damage, ethereal bonesnaps do 250, ethereal steeldrivers do 300...ect.
I'm also glad i guessed the damage on your fake maul correctly, because thats also an approximation. I dont go around maphacking and memorizing everyones gear, so stop flattering yourself. I dont even really believe that its exactly 75.
I'm only gonna say it one more time. STOP TAKING ME FOR AN IDIOT. if you think i suddenly had an epiphony after beating twice that you have a 500 damage maul, then you are quite stupid my friend. I knew exactly what i was getting into.
I dont need maphack to tell me what you are using. I can tell from your mask that its a 3 perfect rubied mask. Your armor is also most probably a 4 socket gothic plate with 4 perfect rubies in it. I bet your boots are sanders, and hey! i bet you are using angelics amulet and rings.
Hell, I'll go ahead and tell you what most dueling characters of the following levels use. Of course they might be a few levels higher, but not much more than 3.
A level 24 paladin=eth snapper
A level 27 paladin=eth honor charger or zealer.
A level 29 paladin=ethereal upgraded snapper or eth steeldriver charger
A level 34 paladin=ethereal upgraded steeldriver charger
A level 39 paladin=ethereal headstriker charger or ethereal spire of honor.
When you switch mauls, which i saw you do frequently throughout our experience, there is a small desynching affect (Try it sometime). I dont see why you even wasted your time doing that since i declared i knew exactly what maul you were packing.
You havent replied to a good portion of my points, but i proved all of your fantastic arguments wrong. Lets put this to rest please.
OT: Sip, what would be the easiest way to get a pair of war boots. I've been looking them for quite a while, found nothing so far :(.

This is my best kill to date. A level 67 poison necro. Thats right, i killed someone 40 levels higher than me. He joined the "kill diablo" game after i pk'd someone and he hostiled me. I took his ear.

Here i Pk'd a paladin in a trav run. Was quite easy, i think my merc did him in Iirc.

OT: Sip, what would be the easiest way to get a pair of war boots. I've been looking them for quite a while, found nothing so far :(.
You have a few options.
1. You can shop at nightmare or Hell anya until you find some nice 20% faster run war boots.
2. You can imbue a pair of regular war boots (this is what i did)
3. You can gamble greaves with a high level character.

just curious how did you even know i had a rare maul? i never switched my maul anywhere near you so you couldn't have seen the switch animation. I pretty much knew you'd say what you said, so its by coicidence you guessed both max dmgs on my mauls and knew i had a switch rare maul (which i never even switched by you) ... ok... and i know next weeks lottery numbers...

I didnt know your maul was rare, nor did i say it was. And i did see you switch your maul after you (allegedly) chickened after the first duel, so give it a rest, please. If i said your fake maul's damage was 89 and your real mauls damage was 507 then you might have a case, but since i quite acurately guessed 75 and 500, you have nothing on me. foole.
As far as what you havent replied to, Maybe you could admit that PvP characters are different than PvM characters. Maybe you can take a few more stabs in the dark about me using scroll.

There's a split-second delay when you pop a full-juv...so if you're getting halved by someone each hit then that small delay can kill you.

Sip is a newb, he wouldnt duel my zon, she only did 16k+ with out all skill quests in norm/nm.

You could always try moving out of the way, then while there in the charge animation you kick 'em.
Charge is fast, but not that fast. Most Assassin duelers should be able to run faster then a charger.

Chargers are easy. The only way you can loose to them is if you mess up.
Simply dragon flight them as soon as possible. When you are toe to toe with them, dragon talon as quickly as possible. They will probably try to run away at this point. As soon as you cannot dragon talon them anymore, Dragon flight them again.
Basically you're goal is to be as fast, mean and aggressive as possible. Dont give them a chance to live. As soon as they leave you're kicking range, get back in there and whup arse.
A good tip is to use walk instead of run since you're block drops to 33% when you run. I also suggest Switching your mini-map off during the duel because i find it gives you less lag.
No, I dont fancy using mind blast. Most of the chargers I duel are very inexperienced and just charge right at me. Most of them are 2 handed so they lack block, which is simply fantastic for me and my merc.
I only use regular juvs because my juv finder is a level 70 sorc who is still in nightmare.
And, that doesn't occur with any normal Rejuvs? :flip:
Regular juv's don't have a delay, try it out sometime.
And about chargers...they're just putty for a kicksin; as long as you make them miss their first charge (ie. stay far away so they waste a charge trying to get close to you) then you just gotta flight onto them and kick...once you're on top of them they have nowhere to go and they'll either chicken/flux/die. Sip's right: never give them a chance to make it a ranged duel, stay on their a.. and they have zero chance.
