He appears after 80=140 Soj's have been sold on the server.

Rumor says he can appear in NM.

The Anni will only drop in hell.

Yes, a blizz Sorc can take him, have a lower resist wand on switch.

Personally i dont feel the SOJ sales are the only thing that spawns him. I have seen him spawn many times with no sales. Personally I feel that there is a randomization of constant spawnings but the amount per given time can be boosted by the selling of stones.

A Lower Resist wand gets rather dwarfed by a high slvl Cold Mastery, which all Cold Sorcs should have. 17 with +skills gear is the minimum to shoot for, maxing it is a must if you do mostly Meph runs and the occasional DClone pwnage.

True, every bit of -resist you can muster helps, but sometimes he can heal faster than you can damage him while trying to recast LR every few seconds.
