Bm is out and pking people again. At least this time they dont spam huge screen-spanning color hackit spam.

I got surprised when i wasnt paying attention to who was joining/leaving game. (level 20 double swing barb... no blocking = no chance)

On west.... just plain beware. Anytime you see a sorceress named BM-enchant... just leave the game.

it wont be long till we see tppk necros too.

It appears they have adjusted the tracking.

And they may not be BM'ers, there's a cracked version of the trigs as well as people who just use the tag.

We don't have many active PKers right now, but as explained, not only BM uses triggers(stupid Netter.) Although, the tag pretty much gives it away.

I understand the logic of not using a tag to pk since it kinda gives you out if you use it... but why use the tag to level in public games when about 30% of the hardcore community is aware about BM and what it does...? don't you get taunted and hostiled from other players? wich ruins the whole PvM experience...

There is a VERY open site that contains almost all bots, hacks, scripts and everything else that is not BM. You are just as likely to bot if you're not in BM as I am...actually, just a little bit more likely due to the fact that I have restrictions.

Besides, you wouldn't win anyway, but nice cover.

STINGER, we have four legit BM members, and I have made it a point to have a home there for us. That's why(if you ever came back(*cough* REGNITS *cough*)) you'd notice the Team Sudden Death title, which is of course, my legit team. Wow, that sentence even confuses me.

In .09, many of us did use tags, just because it was really boring without one. Atleast when you trigger with a tag, people should expect something. But most of the time they don't, so it's just funny, I guess.

Nightshade uses capital letters, punctuation, and spells the word "you", and is repectful as well. All of these things should also be in the repertoir of any user of English as a second language. Now who comes across as the more intelligent and mature individual?

On topic: Despite Nightshade's reasonableness, I have to say that any group that endorses TPPKing has serious problems. It's having fun at others' expense and is akin to the people who think it's funny to drive around blaring music and shouting in the middle of the night, in order to wake people up. I wouldn't be surprised if they beat small animals for fun, too. (okay I am exagerating on that one :)) Of course, I am new here, so I can't say what Nightshade endorses personally.

Now, more on topic, I just saw someone getting pked in Nightmare Durance level 2, by a level 70 amazon. Her name was BM-Ferre or something.

So I guess this was a trigger pk? I was in town at the moment, but the only thing I saw was a hostile sign and an immediate death. Does this trigger add BM to your name? That would be really handy, makes it easier to avoid those types...

And no, it doesn't add the tag, we do. Makes it even stupider that someone died, because it should be pretty damn obvious. It's kind of like when we BM Cow or BM Baal; you should kind of expect someone will try to kill you.

Only a few of us are into high level duels. Most of the duelers I spend time around are low-mid. It's funny because when I went to go sacrifice my old ladder chars, I realized how good my orb sorc really was. She only did 595 max orb, but you couldn't catch her...Man I love 105% FCR.

Yeah, but hardcore duelers stack on the cold resists. Unlike softcore where there are rules preventing too much absorb/cold resist. A sorc usually has to rely on her merc to get the kill

I always figured BM collapsed becuase of 1.10 getting rid of tppk zons/sorcs (at least for a while), and since they couldn't kill anyone then they all quit in dispair.

Well i should keep my mouth shut, but their are several diferent issues in this issue.

First: Why join a clan that cheats if one does not. I've heard the arguments that have raged within this forum, blah blah blah, if one plays with cheats then one is a cheat. I belive that is a bunch of baloney. Most D2 players that ive meet are just looking to find groups of players that they enjoy playing with. This is not an easy task and clans help with that. People join because of the community and events and the social experiance. Ive played with several of the bm defecters and they are fun to play with, would I play with them still, absolutly yes. Just if it is my game no pking or cheating.

Second: I always lived with legitimate pking as the game was developed with it in mind. Part of the challenge of Hard Core is overcoming all obsticals. Tppk tho is not acceptable. It is cheating and in doing it hurts another. I know its just a game, but to be beat by a cheater, to see hours dissapear for someones else's enjoyment is wrong. I am sorry there are those who will justify this wrong at all cost.

Third: The ones who are most effected by tppk are those who do not have groups to play with. the casual gamer or loner. Its taken me a long time to find people to play with. This is not an easy task. So if you like hunting newbs and such go ahead. But i never understood why that is enjoyable.

Re BM - Cant say how many do / dont cheat in BM, but I wont tar all people with the same brush. I was once told that generalisations about things are a bad idea - this, IMO is sound advice.

I have never played with nightshade, so I cant really say whether he is or isnt a cheater........

But, from feedback from this forum, people judge him okay........

Until he screws up one of my games, Ill take their feedback as gospel :)

You know, I think I have very few posts in this forum becuase I always step away for a few days (RL calls), and come back thinking: "they won't STILL be discussing whether or not someone is X by joining Y..." and "there won't STILL be people posting on Web board based in English, yet using sub-elementary language skills...". For my fellow bunny I will tamp down my sense of moral outrage and indignation and find the recipe. I think you actually have to make it yourself but the very thought of perverting the sanctity of my kitchen with such a vile mutation of all that is food is enough to cause me serious mental scarring.

1 package (4-serving size) Jell-O Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped walnuts nuts
2 cups thawed Cool Whip Topping

Stir the pudding mix, pineapple with juice, marshmallows and nuts in large bowl until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. Garnish as desired.

May substitute pistacios and or sweetened whipped cream.

Makes 8 servings

ohhhhh .... no, take the cookie crumbles and press them into a pie plate in crust formation then fill with the pistacio pudding mix (sans pineapple because that is just going to far) and pop it in the fridge and call it dessert!

I think my problem with these things is that they are called salads and are found on actual salad bars. NOTHING CONTAINING WHIPPED CREAM SHOULD EVER BE ON A SALAD BAR! :rant:

PS - the first person who calls me Puddin shall be hunted down and shot like a dog in the street ... well , I would never actually shoot a doggy but they will be spoken to firmly!

I think I would drop the Pitacio flavoured puddin (sounds kinda phoney) and use vanilla with real pistacio's and real whipped cream. YUM, YUM and DOUBLE YUM!!!! Maybe toss in some cakey bits to boot.

Perhaps it's time for Puddin2004. New year..new handle...watcha think.... ;)
