After watching this man tear through basically every single subject known to man, I've decided to become Mormon for the weekend of my SATs. The shows were recorded in February, and he's back home now, so between then he had to have quit or lost. How far do you guys see him going?
Right now he's at 30 days, million dollars. Any guesses? 50 days, 60?

I got a question, who is he, and what the hell is he doing?

Yeah, I'll have to second that. No bloddy idea what the hell he's talking about. I'm really hoping it's not a game show....
I think this is that guy that has been tearing it up in the game show Jepordy or something like that.
is a contestant on Jeopardy that is complete dominating everyone. I watched it like 2 days ago and neither of the people got over 1000 dollars and he was at 52000

He is a walking encyclopedia, the man is amazing. However, he's got two unfair advantaages now, which will make it next to impossible to get rid of the guy:
1) No longer as nervous as the other contestants. I was watching the other day, and one lady kept forgetting to even ring in before answering, and another lady wasn't even picking categories when she got an answer right.
2) He's got the buzzer timing down. When you see the contestants hammering on their button without their signal going off, it's because they've tried to ring in before Alex finishes speaking, which automatically prevents them from being able to ring in at all. He's got more practice at it, and thus rarely misses ringing in.
My guess? They'll either need to stack the deck with some super-geniouses on there, or tilt the questions away from his knowlege base. Maybe knitting or something. Since he's mormon, maybe have the categories be "beer chugging" and "ditching one-night stands."
Tin-foil hat option - he'll "retire" in a few weeks, when he signs the back-room deal for a few mil just to get him off the show, since the novelty will wear off eventually, and the producers get tired of forking over more than $33k every night.

I think the only person who can beat Ken is... himself. One day, he'll be fed up and he'll stop to answer questions... only my guess hehe.

dude is STILL on? man, i saw him a couple times around games 9 and 10 (when i was at my parent's place, who both have a tv and watch jeopardy). One of those was one of his better competitors- it actually came down to final jeopardy with only 2-3k between the two. Ken won (of course) and you could see his lips congratulating the other guy and saying he was one of the best he had faced... but that guy is an animal!

^^ I remember that episode. They ended up betting over 20,000 on the last question.

I thought Jeapordy only let contestants be on for a week (5 days), even if they won every day? At least back when I used to watch it years ago, that was the rule.
The best contestant I ever saw, was on for the 5 full days, he had orange-dyed uncombed hair, and basically pwn3d the game. But at the end of 5 days he was done, because that was all they allowed at the time.
There ARE people who could probably beat this jennings guy, but then who would beat them? !!

1 mill in a month. I'd be riding that gravy train till some one put a hole in me that I didn't start with.
They tape 5 shows in a single day. The season of taping is over so it says nothing about him losing or quitting. He may be back next season as the undefeated champion but according to Ken, he may not.

When I put it in some one else's ho..ld on a sec, I can feel the ban!
Game show trivia:
A) When they held the world final of Jepardy, a swede won :) Don't remember which year that was though, might have new champs after that.
B) In an eastern europe country (Slovenia, or something like that) a person who dominated in "Who wants to be a millionaire" got used as a life-line by competitors after him who saw how good he was.
After participating as a "life-line" in very many programs, rendering the competitiors great money (probably took some fee I guess), he was declared by the TV-show as a "non-allowed" person to use as life-line :P
He was simply too good and cost the TV-company too much money

Yep, that guy is a genius. There was a category where the contestants had to name their first word in the book that was given. He knew them all, the first word in the bible, first word in gone with the wind, etc.......

I have a guaranteed plan to get him off jeopardy, a category in..... "Fo Shizzle"

I'll take "Fo Shizzle" for 200 please, Alex.
"This not guilty man introduced the concept of 'izzle'."
What is Snoop Doggy Dogg?
Watch them eventually have this catagory, and watch him clean it up.
He will go down, although who knows when that'll be. Even with all this useless trivia knowledge he has I'm sure he'll get a few bad breaks and get dethroned eventually. However, that may take a while, the dude is an ocean of useful/useless information.

From a story about him on CNN that I went and looked for after reading this thread:
At the start of its 20th season last fall, "Jeopardy!" changed its longtime rule that said a champion must leave after five straight wins. Now a player stays on the show until losing.
