Stupid Son of a ***** Barb Named Mo_Okie whose lvl 86 right now. Clone D was spawnin in game and he hostiled to chase everyone else out of game. So he's pretty much stealing the Clone D the whole group was going to do. But just a warning you might now want to party with this *******.

Now that is some Old Skool stuff......Hell I can have some respect for this guy as he could or ran himslef into a honets nest by doing that.
When in public it is best that you take the frame of mind that NOTHING is yours until it is in your stash!!!
BTW, I am one of the most avid ANTI-PK ppl around here but I still find that pretty ballsy and somewhat respectable.
Sorry you lost your chance at the spawn.

FYI...Declaring hostility is not "dirty". Like it or not, non-consensual PvP is part of the game. It’s just part of hardcore that you have to get used to.
On a different point…I bet if your party would have left town and fought the barb he would have left. There is really no chance he could have beaten the entire party and a D-Clone at this point in the ladder. Sometimes you have to call the bullies bluff.

Unfortunately i did not play any online games when DII or even DI came out and only play DII LoD after my son asked for it for christmas once. I probably would of had a much different outlook at certain things if I had played back then.
But i recall talking to people about how things were back then with being hostiled while lvling and all that stuff.

You must be referring to barbs whirlwinding with lances where pretty much they could one-hit-kill everything solo in an 8 player game. Basically it was pointless to be in the same area as the barb if you actually wanted to kill something yourself.

Yep.
Iceblink lance whirlers weren't my favourite personally, but were interesting. I liked the heavier def martel barbs.

Wow, that brings back alot of memories, some fond, some not so fond. I use to lure hephasto onto the RoF wp myself. (For all those who think im evil, understand that partying back then resulted in very reduced exp, it was harder than hell to level back then.)

BOT: get the skills to duel, ppl know you don't want to duel. Anyone that hostiles me gets more than they bargained for because I WILL be the first one to run out of town.

That is nothing man... if he had waypoint pked people by exploiting the bug or hack that would have been somewhat shady and most would disagree with it and if he had tppked people yes he should definitely be on everyones ***list but since he sounds like a legit pker or then yes the guy deserves some credit for trying to keep the anni to himself? wouldnt anyone? come on lol few annis have been found new season everyone wants one. If it was a cooperative private game of friends yes that would be contemptual to do but since its public game, the situation is open to anything.

If I had a ladder char that could hold his own and kill DC I'd have done the same thing, along with at least half the people on this forum. It was probably a bit foolish on his part, as it's not very easy for a Barb this early in the season to be able to PvP and solo DClone, but we're talking about an Annihilus Charms here, and I give him credit.
It's either that or turn on your pickit, stand next to DC as he dies, and hope yours is faster than the other 4 people in the game that have it. I'll take the legit way, thanks.

You are overreacting.
Reading your post, it seems that he didn't even kill someone.
This is definately not something to post as a warning on a forum like this.
Seems the guy got lucky that people actually left the game after his hostile. I sure would have stayed.
