It has really been strange, but fun, to start over in the new ladder. A friend & I even got excited when he found 2 pieces of Sigons. Imagine how I felt when I did the Gidbin quest in normal and was given a "rare ring that does me no good" and found:
18 to AR
3% life steal
22% Fire resist
28% Poison resist
Magic damage reduced by 1
1/2 freeze duration

Back in the old days I didn't even do this quest; just got to Transval or the Durance. Or when I just started Dii I was given nothing that was helpful. It isn't the best ring I ever saw but it is the best I have seen since the reset. LOL.

Best rings I ever had in this game came from that quest. i have or had several dual leech rez rings or FCR mana rez rings in ladder 1 and in 1.09. I may skip that quest in a group but i always go back......ALWAYS.....
