actually mf has got nothing to with runes ,u can get better runes if u r lucky from ur nightmare and hell forge drops.

countess has the capability to drop till IST rune and rarely ,very rarely VEX
i got abt 4 IST runes from her ,best place to hunt for runes and mosters r easy to kill
