Critique my frost zealot please, not sure how to equip (PvM)

Ok I can't decide how I want to set up my zealot (crushing blow is CRUCIAL)

Def: 5627 (with lvl 9 Holy Shield)
Resists: 75/85/75/54
Merc: Blessed Aim

Helm: Rockstopper (Until I get Nightwing's Veil)
Armor: Duress Dusk Shroud (Until I get Chains of Honor)
Shield: 199% Herald of Zakarum (Um)
Boots: Upgraded Gore Riders
Ring1: Ravenfrost (20/229)
Ring2: BK Ring (5%)
Belt: Nosferatu's Coil (7%)

Now here is where the decisions lay (weapon, amulet, gloves)

Weapon Choice #1:
Heaven's Light (Eth/Shael until I get 2 Bers haha) -I love the +3 skills and CB/DS
Weapon Choice #2:[U]
BotD War Pike (370/12) - Lots more damage, lack of +skills and CB

Seraph's Hymn (2/1) - Once I Shael'ed my HL, I put this on for the extra +skill and AR, because I no longer needed the Highlord's to reach 5-frame zeal.
Amulet Choice #2
Highlord's Amulet - The Deadly Strike is good though... hmm.

Glove Choice #1
Laying of Hands - Currently Using this for the 20% IAS and 350% demon dmg
Glove Choice #2
Dracul's Grasp - Great Gloves but no IAS.

My concerns are reaching 5-frame zeal and getting the most CB I can.

With BotD, I'm automatically guaranteed 5-frame, and I would only need 82% more to reach 4 frame (is this possible? 15IAS in helm/shield, 10 from belt, 20 from gloves, 20 from highlords... lol 2% short.)

If I had more resists I'd take off my Rockstopper and put on my Guilaume's Face.

So out of those item choices, what would be the best setup? Also please feel free to mention even better set ups. Sorry if this was long but I'm very thorough :)

I just have to say that Dracul's have saved my *** so many times with that Life Tap... :D

Ok so if I put on Dracul's, I lose 20% IAS so that means Highlords has to go back on... Unless I use my BotD War Spike. If I put on my G.Face I can make up for the loss of CB, but I lose resists. Should I Um my G.Face? I don't really want to, but I need max resists.

i say if you can get the speed and CB and resists by uming your g.face then i say go for it...

Well thing is, I finally got my nightwing's veil (with 5/3 cold facet) and that was going to be my uber helm. I really don't want to have to hel it then um it, but I just might have to.

oh, well then just wait a while, you're bound to find what you're looking for...you can use some midlevel gear in the mean time

eh I dunno. To get resists I'd need Ber for CoH... Where is my Ber :(

I guess I could just stock up on resist charms?

thanks man, my av used to be famous back in 09 when i used to post here obsessively, anyhow if you think you can come up with a ber, and can wait for it, definately do it...

Man I'd love to... but I don't see how. Especially since ladder value is going down. I'd trade everything I have for a cold facet (5/5 die) and a ber and ist rune.

People are all hesistant to make good deals now, so I've noticed. Plus Anni price drops have ruined much.

For me, 83% Crushing Blow is adequate. I heard a rumor that when you do a Crushing Blow you do not leech. Not sure if this is correct or not, I saw it posted in the forum. Can anyone confirm this?

The ITD from JAH RUNE combined with -33% Target Defense and my Blessed Aim Mercenary ensures that I hit my target. And with a 5 fpa ZEAL, I hit my target plenty. I have +14 Combat Skills, +15 Offensive Auras and +14 Defensive Auras with this set-up. With Battle Command this changes to 15/16/15. I am trying to get my self another 4 * Captain's GCs to complete what I would call an EXCELLENT equipment set. Oh, for your mercenary I would equip something like this:

-Guillame's Face (SHAEL)
-Up'd 190% Duriel's Shell (SHAEL)
-Reaper's Toll (AMN)

This gives my mercenary 70% FHR. Because of this equipment selection, I recover in the 6th frame and my mercenary recovers in the 8th Frame. I may decide to switch to STONE armor for him...but I will need to find something else with CBF on it if I do.

Well I just got a 15% Nightwings (with a 5/3 cold facet in it so 20% cold damage) and I'd really like to work that into play somehow because the +2 skills is great. So I'll just have to wait until I get my CoH before I can wear it (due to resists coming from rockstopper). I might go something like:

-Nightwing's Veil (5/5 facet [I WILL a perf somehow])
-Chains of Honor Archon Plate
-Herald of Zakarum (Um, but if I get CoH I will not need, so prob 15% IAS)
-Heaven's Light (Shael/Eth) (40% IAS, 33% CB)
-Dracul's Grasp (Steelrends maybe?)
-Nosferatu's Coil (10% IAS) [or maybe Perfect String of Ears?]
-5% BK Ring
-Ravenfrost
-Up'd Gore Riders (15% CB)
-Seraph's Hymn (2/1... for now)

Total IAS: 65%
Total CB: 45%

CoH would cover the resistances so I could use my Nightwings and take the Um out of my HoZ. Sticking a 15% IAS jewel in it would allow me to take off Highlord's and put on Seraph's while still reaching 5-frame zeal. This would give me an amazing +12skills (+13def,+14combat). I would eventually take the Eth out of my Heaven's Light and replace with a Ber, which would give me 65% CB, but I'm still not sure if that's enough for me :)
