Your avenger?

My avenger uses gris set. Not the best I know but good enough for 2300-3100 damage with 8 frame swing.

Maxxed vengeance
1 Holy Shield
18 Conv so far (with +skills)
18 Fire, Light, Cold synergy (with +skills)

Is my damage ok? How to improve. Will facets boost my damage alot? Not much I presume as I need one 5/5 face for each element to raise my total elemental damage by 5%. Tried switching my armor and helm for griffons/ormus. Resulting in alot less damage.

He does 1880ish - 5300ish give or take a few damage pts. And he's got ITD :) (not that its really necessary with the -def on convic heh)

I keep wondering why people use famine on avengers. It's an excellent elemental zealot weapon but wouldn't you just want BoTD zerker if you can afford famine?

Famine has lots of physical damage too. sure botd has like 150 more but famine's got a lot of elemental/magic damage. it probably balances out.

plus a good % botd zerker is gonna cost upwards of 5 runes. where as a good famine will cost 2 at the most. even a good % famine usually sells for less than the runes to make it.
