what is the best shield for smite? hoz? exile eth vortex? i have no idea, screw price name the best you can get on noladder west. i really need help

im not sure i can get a rare, so hard ot get.
also what weapon is good for pk smiter?
doom seemes sexy because freezing them giving them EVEN LESS time to run away seems nice. im a noob to all these things but have been playing for long time.
i just felt like making this build cuz its cool to smak with shield.


and is vigor good for running up faster? enigma for running speed? i need help!
