What is the least expensive PvP build?

I don't play much PvP. I also don't have much in the way of items. What would be the least item intensive, set up for PvP? Which character could make it work the best?

Well i guess it all depends How poor you are. I was helping my friend out with the same question the other day maybe i can help given you can afford these not so godly items.

Fire sorc
Helm: Shako
Armor: Low Fball ormus
ammy: Tal ammy
shield: lidless
weap: +3 decent Fire Eschutas
rings: sojs ( if you could afford) if not some nice rares would even be cool
gloves: magefist
Boots: sandstorm treks or silkweaves
Charms: alot of + mana or some resists
Belt: Glooms trap
I would suggest your build to max fball/fbolt/fire mast/10 meteor 10 energy shield and continue to add more points as you get the lvl also focus heavily on energy as you will have alot of + mana %. Get no dex and just enough str to use you shako the rest should be split between 3/4 energy 1/4 vita.

Low lvl or high? Low lvl pvp is usally very cheap, most of the cost will come in terms of the +~12life sc's you want filling your inventory.

duel bartucs /w a jade if needed
gaze or shako
armor can be anything u have really, like duriels shell, even shaft
for boots u can get those mydriamod (sp?) and imbune them or use gorerides
angelic for jewelry and a raven if u dont have CBF
strings for belt

most of that stuff u can get free from other ppl or get them off mf runs. if u trade for them, none r expenisve.

basically if u go for a character that isnt too item dependant (i.e. a bowazon without good gear will sux monkey nuts), then u can do pretty well if u fill in the voids with skill

Do that except don't have so much energy, maybe 50 base and the rest vita, unless you go pure ene shield build.

Boots - Gores, if you cant get that, anything else will work
Gloves - Bloodfist or Draculs if you can get them
Belt - SoE or Verdungos or Bladebuckle

This will get you enough dmg to 1-2 hit kill alot of casters, and that stuff comes real cheap.

Why not use a shield? Otherwise where the resists gonna come from?

With Chargers you often switch from a weapon shield to a big two handed weapon mid charge.

you can wear:
Shako or Peasant Crown
Vipermagi
Occulus
Lidless

+2 skill ammy or tal rasha
waterwalks(or another type if u can't get)
arachnids (or another type maybe tals)

DEFINITELY a sorc. Reason? Everything in pubby duels relies on teleport. You pretty much HAVE to have an enigma for any other character, with a few exceptions (in which case CoH or some godly armor like eth zod gbane is better - zealots, kickers, chargers...). With a sorc you get teleport without enigma, and your armor can be a vipermagi (very cheap). Just get a lot of fcr stuff and go fireball. Or get some +skills and go blizz. With blizz you can MF with the char as well to get some better stuff.
