Good Avenger?

I think ive finished my avenger, he performs pretty well for a single attack char. Can survive in groups and such. I use:

370% famine zerker
CoH archon
2/15/28 CoH
5% bk ring
40/15 verdungo's
HoZ
245/20 ravenfrost
30% mara's
dracul's grasp
15/15 treks
10/19/6 anni

35% life leech without lifetap :)


20 conviction
20 vengeance
10 resist fire
10 resist cold
10 resist lightning
10 holy shield

Im level 84 and with all my gear my stats look like this:

str: 175
dex: 110
vit: 430
nrg: 30

I got 1525 base life. In my opinion, famine is THE weapon for this build Im thinking he might be a good dclone hunter too. only problem is i dont have any mana leech, so i may swap the bk ring for a dual leech ring or the mara's for a +2 paladn/mana leech ammy.

any suggetions/changes?

Maybe a legendary mallet would be better so my damage would be more constant? Right now most things die in 1-2 hits.

oh i was wondering what a good merc would be do. If i understand correctly, might or any damage enhancing aura doesnt work with vengeance so im leaning towards holy freeze. Will make crowds a bit easier to deal with. Or maybe a defiance/holy freeze merc w/ doom.

for merc, HF is nice and well, but i find defiance to be the best.
