Ladder VS NonLadder

Now that Blizzard has posted that ladder will be combined with non ladder does the ladder chars really have a chance at pvp? I have played both ladder and non ladder and i prefer nonladder just because i have alot of stuff.

When joining pk games on nonladder you will almost always see various lv 90+ chars with bugged items, godly stuff (160/60 ect) , stuff much easier to get on nonladder.

I think that it wont really show but some godly nonladder duelers might just have an advantage.

I would like to hear other peoples input on this!

i would say its pretty balanced casters wise

Ladder chars are way stronger in terms of items. Ladder-only items + all upgraded items.

Charm-wise its massacre though, like 15/70 life/mana charms, 10 40+ life charms, 3/20/20s, 290s, etc. Some legit, some not, most of it much better than what Ladder has/had to offer.

coming into non ladder with accts full of good items will probably leave the more prepared people with the best standing in terms of items, all the perfect ladder only gear for their chars as well as the ability to easilly afford whatever bugged/duped gears they would want

and btw on ladder so many people bot that good charms are somewhat abundant and i have been able to get all 30+ life coldskill charms and life/mana scs with 30+ total life and mana added so im at a disadvantage to someone that has perfect charms but probably on or above par gearwise with most people on nl

true that the legit ladder players will destroy the legit non ladder ones but face it ders 1.08 items which makes things interesting

its going tobe about the same, the ladder pop is big and the bots are too many :grrr: :grrr: thus there will be as many of the godly ladder only items are there are 08s n stuff. though most perhaps dont have non ladder accts some ppl will add the ladder items with the duped jewel charms(IMHO every 40/15 jewel and 3/20/20 and 290pdsc should have been deleted to make sure all dupes were deleted :rant: )

some ladder players need skill to do the killing and dont have the over powered item to make their kills, so some may just be better

side note: i have dueled a few ppl on ladder with 160/60 or close to 160/60 armor and thay didnt do too much better then ppl that didnt have them, i even saw a barb with a jewers monarch with about 150ed/40ish max dmg

in the end skills is the last factor

i think all the smart ladder people will have the godliest gear they can find just because their godly ladder only items will be worth alot on non ladder once the season ends, so if u have perfect gear except for charms/jewels it shouldnt be too hard to afford those once the season ends

yeah the only thing i need for my ladder barb is charms, thats one of the reasons i will play nl sc is so i can try out my barb with a full inventory of charms :teeth:.
