In some pk game with 1 other dude been getting sojs sold from 2838-2854

Is there anyway to speed it up or something? Whenever I've been in a hell game with them being sold I just always wait a bit and get him but I'm in a hurry so if theres something to speed it up please tell me. Also does spawning at eldrich and luring to shenk or whatever killing him so it kills all work if I have done quest already?

Other than selling your own sojs, there is no way to speed it up. I'm unaware if the Shenk/Eldritch trick still works, but if you're on East Ladder I can use my smiter to kill him for you.
