Is the ED 1% off max? I can never get these things right. I seem to remember people talking about 45% ED jewels but on AS it seems like it's 40%.
Anyways, just want to know how much it's worth and if it's worth a lot, I'll trade it. Heck maybe if it isn't worth a lot I'll trade it.
