New build?

I was messing around in single player lately and found a combination that seems to work. Here are the skills:

Blizzard:20
Glacial spike:20
Ice Blast:20
Cold mastery:1(where you dump points after finishing maxing other things)
Teleport:1
Static:1
Warmth:1
Firewall:20
Fire mastery:1(where you dump points after finishing maxing other things)
1 in all prerequisites
1-3 in the cold armors if you wish


I call it........... THE BLIZRALL, now anyway this build would probably use blizzard as their main spell until they reach a cold immune and then they'd pop out firewall. Also a worthy spell to note in this combo is Ice blast, it would freeze for 20.4 seconds and deal about 700 damage.... WITHOUT EXTRA SKILLS ADDED IN, that freeze time is crazy good even though the damage might seem a little low, BUT you have two other big damage dealers. At level 20 with no plus skills added in and 1 in fire mastery, firewall does 1669-1700 damage per second, has a duration of 3.6 seconds, and goes for 30 yards. Blizzard minus one synergy with one in cold mastery does 1738-1887 damage per second, for 4 seconds.

One bad thing about this combo is it's very mana consuming, both your main spells are in the low 40's mana wise, but they are both timered so you can't spam them anyway. If you are really low on mana you can whip out Ice blast, it only cost 15.5 mana when maxed. Once you've completed my build you will be level 79(I don't use any of the cold armors). Once you've reached this level I would think you'd pump fire mastery or cold mastery depending on which you think you would get the most use out of. Please remember after seeing the damage of the skills that NO plus skills are added in and there is only 1 point in fire mastery and cold mastery.


If this is already a build sorry for wasting your time, but I've never heard of it.

NOTE: This is not a guide at all, don't criticize me like it is a guide, it's just something I made on a single player mod and I haven't tested it completely yet.

Well, i'm pretty sure i've seen this before, and i think that this setup lacks a decent spammable spell. I feel that ice blast won't pack enough of a punch, and since your two main skills are going to be on timers, i feel the delay time will really hurt you in the end.

dunno about the build, but ice blast is an excellent spammable spell, well it is on a blizz sorc with high CM, not sure what effect a low CM would have on I.Blasts value.

That's what i was thinking, don't know if it will be doing much damage with such a low CM.

Well this build is easily finished at 79 so if you feel you need more CM you could easily add about 6 more points into it before it gets strenous to level imo.
