Energy?

Well im making a fire sorc for mostly PvM but some PvP and i wanted to know (if any at all) how many points you put into energy. Just to let you know im broke and all i have is a vipermagi ^_^

i'm lvl82 meteorb - 75 energy which i think too much cause i nearly never run out of mana ( 2 soj + wizardspike give me 700+ mana )

Don't worry about being broke. I started playing d2 again about 2-3 weeks ago with a meteorb sorc and i've found some really great items including a shako, occy, and stormshield. I didn't add anything into energy, it just isn't necessary. Grab a pair of frost guards, i've found at least 5 of these so far, they add a nice chunk of mana. Get a few RavenFrosts, i've found at least 4 of these as well. Lastly, get a few +mana charms and you'll be fine. Don't forget, mana potions drop so frequently, so it doesn't even matter if you run out of mana every so often, cause you'll always have a potion ready.

About Energy: Anything between 0-75 in Energy will be enough. It mostly depends on some of your gear. But even without too good +mana +energy gear there are still potions. 16 slot belt is fast found.

Investing alot into Energy is pretty useless unless you are going the Energy Shield+Telekinesis route...
