Blocking Messages....

I'm sorry if this has been covered a 100000000 times before. How do I block messages? In-game I get alot of green messages from people I have helped. It's usually a message for someone else. How do I block them, or all messages? Is there a comand that blocks all messages? I know about /dnd. But it seems as if I have to type that everytime I make a new game. And that can be a bit tiresome. Thanks in advance for your help. :worship:

That's pretty much all you can do. The N key will clear your screen of messages, you can /dnd, or you can /squelch (not sure if that's possible in-game).

The best remedy is to tell these people to not broadcast to their whole friends list (/f msg xxxxx). That is the most annoying crap , and I frequently de-friend people who do that.

Ok, Thanks. I was hoping there was a commmand to block all, other than /dnd. Yes, it is just someone being annoying, or possibly not knowing they're messaging EVERYONE. I hate to tell people to remove me, I feel like I'm being rude. But, I'll have to just ask them nicely.

Sure its not bots? Everytime i go on Cow/Baal runs some "character" joins the game (Always the same username pretty much) trying to flog off items via a website, which they use stupid clrs like Green/Yellow.

Not best suited when youre in the middle of a battle and cant see the enemy coz the whole screen is full of clred text :/

Muting em only works in that game, and not forever, so they can come and rejoin and do it again, and again... and again :/
