Fastest Movement Cap?

It might be a stupid question, but what is the cap on increased movement? I have seen (30) referred to as "Fastest Movement," so is that it? :scratch:

I am just wondering, because I have +30% boots as well as Inertia charms on my sorceress... And I don't seem to notice any difference between when I have the charms or not.

Not sure about the cap, if there is one, but I know that it's above 295%frw.

30%frw is considered pretty low. Most of my characters have at least 40-50% frw. There are a few skills that can greatly increase your speed, namely Vigor (paladin skill), Increased Speed (barbarian skill), Frenzy (also a barb skill), and Burst of Speed (assassin skill). A level 30 Frenzy skill can give you +183%frw when fully charged!
