Eth tomb reaver vs bonehew

I cant choose the weapon for my merc.... I have a bonehew socketed with amn amn (and get enuf ias from armor and helm to reach the 6x breakpoint),
but i also just found an eth tomb reaver with 2 sockets and 221% ed, wich gives nice dmg. But.. does prevent monster heal really matters? or shall i just go for pure dmg?

Btw this is for a holy freeze merc on my javazon.
