I have a level 40 unskilled and unstatted character thanks to enchanted leveling, and I was wondering, since i could get enigma and hoto, and homonoculus and shako and whatnot, what kind of PVP necro should I make? I want to be able to help the hell baal runs I will be hoping to help, and I wont have tons of + skiller charms.

*sigh* If you want to go PvP and still PvM, I would go with a boner, start off with 20 spear then 20 spirt, 20 BW, and then 20 teeth (BP before teeth if you don't use the marrow bug), If you're rich rich, with a good anni, keep str and dex at base, and pump vit. A venomancer is also good, and I have to mention the Commandomancer ;).

A good PvP/PvMer is the Poisinmancer. Though not quite as overpowered and overused as the Bone, it is a fun PvP Experience. Enigma is almost a must for PvPing this build. Get 20 LR, 20 PD, PE and PN (the poisin skills). Tele in a straight line (not towards enemies) and cast LR on them. Afterwards cast a psn nova, which should reduce them to 1 or near it. Take advantage of the marrowalk bug. Your teeth should be level 10~20 with gear and do about 100~150 dmg. Use them to finish of the last sliver of hp.

Enigma is a nice piece of equipment, but is no where near a must. Anyone who says that should be flogged. Any build that requires an item where 90%+ are duped should be burnt and buried in the cold, cold ground.

you obviously dont get the point of his post. he's not saying enigma isn't the best option, he's simply saying that IT IS NOT A MUST. which it is not.
