Venom and splash dmg skills

Hi :)
I'd like to know whether Venom is applicated to the units within the AoE of FoF (or BoI) or only to the monster you hit. (it seems to me it's the second that it's true but ... )

Just tested it, doesn't appear to work with either BoI or FoF's AoE.

Speaking of BoI, how well does the freeze on that work in later areas of the game?

OK thx for the quick answer :) That tends to confirm what i've seen, but several similar conclusions are always better than one :)
Concerning BoI I don't really know i've got to test it.

It works fine. Charms, btw, don't increase it's freeze time. More pts into the skill however scale the freeze time up nicely. Also, if you've never really used the skill, it leaves a mat of ice on the ground for a short time. Any monsters that step on it also have the chance of being frozen.
