Pvp Light Trapsin

I was just reading somewhere, that a enigma using sin, used a CHAM ss, is the mod cannot be frozen even neccessary any more in teleporting times?

What are some opionions of trapsin duelers in the forum, what do you think?

Being frozen slows down your attack speed. Por eso, you can't lay traps fast enough (or even teleport fast enough for that matter).

I thought being slow didnt effect ur FCR. Im pretty sure im right on this

Possibly, but trap speed is a variable of IAS, not FCR. The trap laying would be hindered, but teleporting, maybe not (I'm not sure).
