I really don't see the point in maxing Mind Blast for a pvp kicksin when you do kinda lame sentry damage, why not use the points to pump up a synergy... and give yourself an additional trap.... of course you're not going to have the full damage of a trapsin, but you'll definately dish out more w/o the synergy.

I'm currently clvl 67 with BASE,

20 talon
10 flight
20 venom
7 sentry
1 DC, DT (martial arts)
1 CM, BoS, Fade, PH, CoS, MB (Shadow Disciplines)
1 FB, SW, CB Sentry (Traps)

honestly only maxing 2 LS synergy is giong to give you like 2k+ max dmg or somewhere around that neighborhood. That will completely be negated if anyone feels like putting on T-Gods, or have very high life. MB on the hand is a great finisher, and can do significant amount of damage when maxed and also has over 8 seconds of stun duration after lvl 20.

around 200+ per cast at lvl 30+, and with some minor fcr gear like trang's glove and a fcr ring, you'll be doing a lot of damage rapidly. dmg is physical however, so it's best against casters. [nec's ba *will* block it] however, when combined with traps like ls and wof, it produces great stun, and that is where a higher dmg MB is handy since you cast it so much.

136-146 dmg @ lvl 25 according to chippydip

I've tried a similar build on west ladder.

1. Yes, your traps will be easily negated or tanked by high-life chars (like barbs).

2. But, not everyone will be able to negate them. In that case, you can use your traps to kill, or maneuver them to where you want them before Dflighting in.

3. If they have to switch gear to negate your traps, then that makes them more vulnerable to your kicks. This is a similar idea to the Vindi/Templar - if they're using Tgods and other resist items, then they can't use Verdungos etc.

The point is, your Kicker/Trapper is a kicker first.

MB on the hand is a great finisher, and can do significant amount of damage when maxed and also has over 8 seconds of stun duration after lvl 20.well that depends on what gear he uses =) read about my some what same build with griffons/cresetmoon/4*facet monach you get -80 res ... the point is to make em start dumping gear and aim for abs ... you use a nice OW kicking weapon and u will get em ... decent. ... even tho i never maxed Venom... with skills from gear and inv you get like 20 + Venom even at lvl 1.
