I'm thinking of making a dragon claw sin and am wondering what speed/claws I'll need for a 4fps dragon claw. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Dragon claw can't hit 4fps. It's max speed is 10 frames for two hits, 5 frames per hit.

At the top left on the forum pages is a box that says diabloii.net links. Scroll down throught that until you come to the calculators/stat sheets. Look for C/S & C/C IAS. Go to that link. Look through that page until you come to the chart on c/c attack speeds with FoF, CoT, BoI, and DC. Across the top are the WSMs. Find the one that fits the claw you want to use. Along the left side are BoS levels. The number that those two intersect at is the amount of IAS you need for a 10 frame DC attack.

Thanks for your help jrichards, but there is one thing I don't understand in that chart. For the Suwayyah/Scissors Suwayyah + Greater/Runic Talons column, it lists those as having a WSM of 10, yet all those claws are under 10. Is this a bug when using those claws together?

When you are using two claws with different WSMs, the average of the Two is used. In this case, the average of -30 and 0 is -15. Then, you have to apply the speed penalty that comes with using FoF, CoT, BoI, and DC. That penalty is roughly 25 (not actually as it turns out, but i haven't seen a formula yet for figuring it, so just call it 25 as that's close enough), leaving the setup with an effective WSM of 10.

The other columns are all for setups using the same speed claws and even though it lists the WSMs before the penalty, it is figured in.
