I just started a Necro Character after a 2 year break from Diablo.

I'm currently at level 65,with about 10 skill points unassigned.

Basically my skill pts have gone to max RS and Skeleton Mastery.
4 to Amplify Damage.
1 to decrypt.
6 to Revives.
And the respective pre requisites.

Now,What should I do with the rest of the skill points?

I was thinking of maxing CE.Will it be a gd idea?Or should I opt for something else in the Bone/Poison tree?

Advice?

You wasted 5 points on Revives; they should be boosted with +skills, not points.

Putting anything into Bone won't be of any use. You need to max the synergies for the Bone skills to be effective at your level, and you don't have the points for it. You don't have the 60 points needed to make PNova effective, either, so I'd stay away from the P&B Tree.

If you like CE, and aren't satisfied with the range, go ahead and max it. Keep in mind that the mana cost becomes quite high when you raise your CE level. However, its power scales up with monster life, so it'll never become useless. PI/FIs are a problem, but you have Lower Resist for that sort of thing (well, you don't).

[EDIT] Oh, you don't seem to have any Golem. Put one point in Clay Golem, one into Golem Mastery, and 1 into Summon Resist before you do anything. This'll benefit all of your summons, and you can use your Golem to slow the bosses and such. You can add more points if your minions aren't surviving the elemental damage being dealt to them.

@Meteora:

Welcome Newcomer to The Darkness. Grab a brew :drink: and feel free to raise some corpses.

I wouldn't dump in 5 points straight away. First put in one point and see how your Army fairs. It is fairly easy to reach level 7 Summon Resist with +skills, after this diminishing returns kick in.

Summon Resist only needs 1 point into it.

I suppose, I just like multiples of 5 :)

As Mantis said, add one and see how your minions survive elemental damage.

Ok well I may as well throw in a different opinion. While you may have put 4 points to many in Revives its not that big of a deal, I just wouldn't put any more there. Summon Resist 1 pt, let the +skills do the rest.

I would try for a poison Nova. It will give you something to do and helps in hell. you have plenty of levels to go and not a lot else worth investing in. you can have Nova maxed by 85 and have about 10 in poison Dagger, that with about +6 skills (easy to get) will get you a very nice amount of poison damage.

You could go with the maxing of Corpse Explosion but I don't think the radius is worth the mana cost raise. Keeping it low allows you to get it off a few more time.
