This Legend Sword worth anything?

I am wondering if this Legend Sword is any good, seems to have decent ED and low lvlreq, but I am new to 1.10, so how would I know? :P

its a decent sword for lvl 48 dueling, a godly version would be eth+replensih, with ias and -requirment.

only 2 good things are ed, ar.. and then ed is far from really good.. this sword lacks to much to be a worthy pvp 2-hander..

So i cannot really say that this is decent
