imo maxing DF is a waste.. and uhm why Carrior wind ? Amu mara or either highlords are the choice for most kickers i think...

imo shes doing verry well..
with max dr with Azure storm and about 40 DR with Chaos tuc
ful res in hel when using circlet storm Azure or
Jade talon, chaos

only thing i regret is the poor WWside of my sin :/ really bad.. only 2.2k dmg with Venom !! but the kickside is kicking as$ :P

Okej, i will mainly use this one for pvp but it would be fun if it could handle it self i pvm too!

Then why carrion? Mainly because i could think about any else and beside that i realy like it. It gives good life leech and the twister on striking is very good for stunning monsters.


I have some questions too:
1. With azure, andys face/highlords and no BoS will I reach the 7/2/2/2/2 breakpoint with Dtalon?

2. How do you think this one will do in pvm?

I don't maxed DF is a waste at all for a kicker. It's very valuable not only for catching teleporting players but also for getting people while running (0 def and 25% blocking). You can either max DF or MB and both are good options, but DF definitely is NOT a waste for a kicker.

I prefer BOS over fade for kickers. The run speed is very valuable because to survive you need to avoid people's attacks. Kicker gear is very flexible so you can swap gear as needed to achieve resist or DR. BOS only takes requires one point as well which means you could max DF and MB which would be a very good thing. MB and WOF will be your best friends against high dmg builds. If you are dueling in hell instead of nightware then you fade is probably the way to go but for NM I say BOS all the way.

Stats are simple, enough dex for gear and then balance str and vit as you see fit. Str gives a huge boost to kicks so drop as many points in it as you can while still maintaining a good life base.

One last note. I noted you will be using a shield instead of weapon block. Your survivability will be severely compromised against casters but you will be much better against melee. Something to be aware of.

kickers can do fine, but having crushing blow really speeds things up

cool idea...i actually thought of something kinda similar...although i think that bos is better than fade because im like running fast...why max dflight? i dont think that it would do much...unless you want to duel.

Okey, so this do you think this gear would work?

Belt: Verdungos or are their any bether choices?
Boots: Upped Gore Riders
Ring 1: Ravenfrost
Ring 2: Carrions Wind/Duel Leech

So wich this setup i reach the last breakpoint with Dtalon and i get 5 kicks. Then i need no BoS. So I can put points somewhere else. My first choice is Fade, because it gives me nice resist but i have no use of the pdr because i already have max with storm and verdungos.
So what other skill could i max instead of fade?

ive got most your questions covered. u can put shael in the azure then go Mara and Shako/Guillames face,... id go Duress if its plain for kicking... and if its pvp i'd soc the azure with um and get Highlords to cover the ias ....u need 46 ias. and also id leave the gores and try and get 25dex +2 shadow dancers they are way better for your needs. and if u are planning to pvp id say throw that carrion wind away and get raven.... carrion wind aint a good ring ... i'd use dual leech instead as i do.

Why not swap out a that Carrion for a Raven Frost? That would surely help against Blizzard sorcs and Wind Druids! :thumbsup:

edit: re checked at dii.net's speed calc, 46 ias required for 7 frame initial kick speed but 54 ias for 2 frame follow up kicks(12 & 4 base speeds, right?)

The problem with me is that i want all my builds to be able to handle themself in pvm! My current kicksin who is screwed up (maxed DS :cheesy: ) doesn't make it so good! The problem is that she cant stand that long against any monster, she dies all the time!

FX-Amanda: You guid is realy great (och jag menar det :thumbsup: ) and i would do an ww/kicksin instead of this one if I could afford an chaos or ohm. But thats the problem.
THen i also checked and I think Mage_killer got right. To me it seems like the 2 frame follow kicks need 54 ias with an -30 wsm weapons
