Does anyone know where I can find it?

or is LF counted as a "regular" attack?

If you use Titans you should aim for 89 % IAS, then you reach 9 FPS.

with a high level LF you shouldnt need a really fast attack speed

I don’t agree with you. I have done some testing with my hybridzon. With 0 % IAS she is able throw 9 LF (1-1194, 33 bolts) in 5 sec and my lvl 32 LF has 39402 in lightning damage (max damage).

With my combat gear (85 % IAS) she can throw 15 LF (Lvl 32) and her lightning damage is 591030.

That means, that you can raise your damage over 5 sec with impressive 60 %, just by increasing your IAS.

its much better 2 rise your damage (+skills,-res) than atack speed with LF becouse if u throw fast you'll run out of javas quick
how will your damage over time look like if u spend 50% of your playing time in town repairing javas

its better to throw 1 3k LF than 2 1,5k ones

BTW if a mob is not LI imune u kill it with 1 LF anyway (3 max)
even for hell cows i dont need 2 use 9 LF nor 15 of them

If you encounter 10 superfast Bloodlords in a 8-player Baal run, you wont have much time to throw your Javelins, and therefore it's essentiel, that you can throw many javelins in short time, and if you run out, it takes about 10-15 sec, to replenish them. (I presume that a LF zon will use Titans)

If you only play solo, IAS is not very important, because LF will kill all non LI monsters in sec, but in multiplayer IAS is a great thing.
