lol you cant base your opinion on what a rare can be, you can find a magical that is better than a unique, and a rare that is better than everything, it all comes down to chance, the only things that remain consistant are uniques and not even all the time because of the ranges for certtain mods

I think it's quite safe to say that for an amazon the matriarchal bow would be the best overall. Requirements are ok and damage output is best of all wsm -10 bows. +1-3 bow skills dont hurt either (although not really useful mostly).

ok cool , thats what i was wondering... whats the ladder equivelent of a cruel matri of evisc on 1.09 , so , anyone wanna give me the ranges i should look for on a bow? and rares can get 2 sockets?

would like 410-450% +20ias and 40+Max dmg be a good start? , is that possible? and how high can it go?
