Best rare claw (damage wise)

Hi all, I was in a trading room looking for Assassin claws...so this guy says he has the best dueling claw ever found on usWest. And since I dont know to much about rare claws, I refused to trade.

You never need more points in Mind Blast - 1 point is always enough. Generally, the same goes for Fade.

Skills on this claw = worthless.

Ok, the damage is good, I will admit that, but it is nothing that any other Ethereal Elite Rare wouldn't be able to achieve.

Really great damage, but it wont hit the last WW breakpoint if thats for using with WW.

Its not very good it won't hit last bp. I have a warfist that does 360 max with 30ias and +1 dflight. It owns that claw.
