Imo, the %ed is to low, and although it doesnt really need ias ([-30] if fully upped) it lacks other good mods. I dont know what the dmg will be and I dont feel like calculating, but I bet bartucs will be better. This is like a light version of bartucs, with a higher cost.

Sorry but the only claw that really works for the Blade Fury is Chaos.. mayve Fury or Malice.. But not in hell.

Claws just don't really cut it.

Yes, and when we then look at the other stats bartuc has, it wins with a lot of difference.
