Can anyone link me or tell me a typical GOOD meleementalist build?

I did a search and I couldn't find any. :(

As in no shapeshifting? There aren't very many pure meleementalis arond nowadays, which is why there are no guides...

Mostly now you get Geddon-Wolves/Bears.

And by the time you make a wind meleementalist, you'd be as well off using Tornado as a source of physical damage.

Same pretty much goes for geddon, if your not shifting then you may as well use the other spells that you'd have to max out anyway... :scratch:

In 1.09, i used BTMC's Elummoner build with a bow to be a Huntelummoner :)

You could probably do well with an Earthshifter as a meleementalist. I'd say stick with fire builds since they have the long spell timers that give you time to use the melee damage.

I made a meleementalist in 1.09 and he was great fun :) Maxed out Hurricane, Cyclone Armour, HoW, Geddon and I think I was taking Dire Wolves as well...

Still it was much fun running around killing things with a sword and a storm :thumbsup:

I really think a melee mentalist should be looking for speed and damage out of their weapon, the rest of their gear can cover them for +skills, but it's pretty hard to get decent damage out of armour :p

Well, I keep reading that a Meleementalist is a great build for Aldur's set.

To be honest, I know sets aren't the best way to go, but I think they're fun, and that's why I am looking around for a good Aldur's build.

I agree that fire would be best, but what about summons? I would think DW would be great shields while the fire burns and you sit back and laugh (and smack the occasional *** that comes up to you).
