Phase Blade Question

Hey everyone,
I'm currently making a Flaming Rabies druid and i've been reading all the guides and I have one question... You say to get a 6 socketed phase blade. Is the weapon actually called a Phase Blade or ... I'm thinking of a light saber and my friend told me some other sword that was worth like more than 2 ists. Could some1 please fill me in?

Yes, Phase Blade is a type of base weapon. Lightsaber is a unique Phase Blade, as is Azurewrath.

Generally, 6-socketed items sell for LOTS of items because of the huge runeword Breath of the Dying that can be made with them.

yes but dont pay lots for a 6 sock. pb since they really arnt worth much at all. worse case find a white one and use a skill quest to get 6 sockets.

How the hell can you use a skill quest to get 6 sockets? You can't socket an item that already has a socket.

I said find a WHITE pb. Thus not magical and has no sockets. And since its a elite item it shoud get max sockets from socket quest.

I personally wouldnt pay much if anything for one..... lum on ladder maybe ... but def. not lem ko or pul.
