About the vicious turtle build....

Is the vicious turtle build (as mentioned in stoutwoods zealot pvp guide) really anygood in duels. would love to hear any first hand accounts of the build

SoFine-Finest and RaTeD_X both use those builds very effectively. Its a build that should be considered when you don't depend on brute strength to win a match. Bleeders and Elementals do very well with this build.

Also, is the vicious turtle build good for deadly strikers?

It's concievable that it could make a decent deadly striker. Generally with that build you try to get a decent amount of damage, since all damage gets doubled. I would suggest putting into sacrifice for that particular setup.
