Is this shield worthly for exile??

just got this off hell eldritch, was thinking of making exile with it and i wana know if its worth it.

+42 resist all
4 socket
+12 % durability

or i should keep hunting for a better one like vortex or sacred rondache....hmmm :scratch:

Expect 800-1000 def, and just remenber if it turns out crappy, just trade it for a TUN of stuff. 44 resists.....thats just godly

jeez wow. durability on it is nice too :) it will have a lot of lee way in having to worry about it out damaging its repair tic.
thats a hot shield.

btw....pally shields only have either the RES or AR/ED mod's on them.

I'd say its sufficient..

The extra def isn't really that much(if any, don't remember), and the block is about the same.

I say go for it, by the time you found a better shield for exile, you should have enough wealth to trade for new runes for it.

816-918 defense are what my calculations say. If you want it for a nice questing PvM shield, it is very nice.

Not great for PvP though.

I really like the 42 rez, but if you are pvp, I would prefer it with the knights mod, so it would have a max of 65 enhanced damage.

Just wanna brag - i found a eth. vortex +45 res. def. about 300. I traded it for ber+ohm (i kinda regret that, think its worth more) - but i traded the ber for zod and the the ohm for 2xvex and made a BOTD eth. Great Poleaxe with 400% ED - so maybe it turned out all right antway?!

But quess ill never be able to trade the pole for a vortex +45 res, so....

But my barb sure likes the pole :)

BTW - my pala uses a eth. sacred rondache with 30 res. - so he is not like in need.
