do these spawn, people always post about +3 HF caddys, i was just wondering if they come with HS too

I wish. But they haven't spawned since the patch.

the answer is no.

Those do not spawn any longer.

You cannot get a Priests / Rosebraded of Blah Blah with +3 HS anymore.

the +x To holyshield is no longer a mod on war scepters or any magical weapons.

Thats weird, I could have swore I saw a +1 to hshield on a scepter while shopping ormus. I have never seen it since so maybe it was a freak occurence. Weird...

I've seen +2 HolyShock; but not +3 I dont see why not thought.
